Beware the Children
Description
An American village is visited by some unknown life form which leaves the women of the village pregnant. Nine months later, the babies are born, and they all look normal, but it doesn't take the "parents" long to realize that the kids are not human or humane.
A brave attempt at a remake of the original, this time in the hands of Hollywood. Good, can't fault it in any way, but it doesn't have the flavour of the original. It's a very close copy with more up-to-date effects and it's in colour, which for me takes away some of authenticity of the tale. A good watch and Christopher Reeve plays his part well. Good watch!
