Description
Nico Toscani is an Italian immigrant, American patriot, ex-CIA agent, aikido specialist and unorthodox Chicago policeman. He is as committed to his job as he is to his personalized brand of justice—expert and thorough bone-crushing.
Steven Seagal at his best, this is a fast paced, rough justice movie with lots of action, fights, gun shoot outs and car mayhem. It's just a full on in your face movie that demands you never take your eyes of the screen. One of my favourite movies - well worth a look.
